Employment Type: Part-time/Temporary, Hourly

Pay Rate: $20.60/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Support program planning & execution
• Provide adult supervision
• Participate actively in group activities
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all youth
• Follow protocols for documentation, safety, and youth confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with youth, ideally in an LGBTQ+ or diverse setting
• Comfortable leading and participating in group activities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with young people
• Available for evening and weekend hours (programs typically run 4–8 p.m.)
• Reliable transportation: Work in both Sarasota and Bradenton
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a collaborative team
• Must pass a background check
